Press releases published on this Website are made available for editorial and journalistic purposes. Media organisations and content publishers are authorised to:

  • Report on, reference, and quote from press releases, provided attribution is clearly given
  • Reproduce extracts of press releases for editorial commentary, provided the extract is not taken out of context and the source is credited

1.2  Attribution

All references to press releases, statements, or quotes must be attributed as follows:

For direct attribution: Ebenezer Amankwah-Minkah

For institutional attribution: The Office of Ebenezer Amankwah-Minkah

Attribution to third parties — including employers, partner organisations, or event hosts — must not be substituted for or presented alongside his name in a manner that misrepresents the source of the statement.

1.3  Prohibited Uses

The following uses of press materials are not permitted without prior written consent:

  • Reproduction of a press release in full in a commercial publication or platform
  • Use of press release content in advertising, promotional, or sponsored materials
  • Alteration of quotes or statements in any way that changes their meaning or intent

  1. Quotations

Quotes drawn from press releases, public speeches, published articles, or official media appearances may be used for editorial purposes subject to the following conditions:

  • The quote must be reproduced verbatim. Paraphrasing a direct quote and attributing it as verbatim is not permitted.
  • The source context — including the occasion, date, and nature of the statement — should be clearly referenced
  • Quotes must not be edited, truncated, or combined with other text in a manner that alters the intended meaning
  • Quotes may not be used to imply endorsement of a product, service, political position, or organisation without express written consent

  1. Embargo Policy

Where a press release or statement is issued under embargo, the embargo terms will be stated clearly in the communication. Recipients are expected to respect the embargo date and time without exception.

Publication or broadcast of embargoed content before the specified date and time — whether intentional or otherwise — may result in the withdrawal of future media access. Any uncertainty regarding embargo terms should be confirmed with the office prior to publication at info@eamminkah.com.

  1. Interview and Media Appearance Requests

Requests for interviews, media appearances, podcast appearances, panel participation, or any other personal engagement should be submitted in writing to info@eamminkah.com. All requests will be assessed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. Submission of a request does not constitute confirmation of availability or agreement to participate.

Agreed terms for interviews or appearances must be honoured by both parties. Any changes to the agreed format, platform, audience, or context require prior notification and consent.
